MAGIC NULLIFICATION
This brand on Lorn's back makes him totally resistant to magic.
ELEMENTAL MAGIC
Magic that changes the world around it, usually can and will affect Lorn the same way it can affect trees or rocks.
Elemental magic will have the same affect on him as if someone where to use a torch on him. Fire/Ice/Wind will all affect him as it would any other mortal.
On the other hand psychokinesis would not affect him, since it directly needs to be channeled into his body.
Someone who can manipulate water, could take river water and drench Lorn, but they could not manipulate the water in his body.
PHYSICAL MAGIC
Magic that is used on the body will have zero affect on him. This makes him resistant to mental manipulation, perception magic or anything that will alter the reality of those affected.
If someone were to cast illusion on themselves, Lorn would instead see the true form
On the other hand, if someone had a ring that physically altered their body, Lorn would see that form.
Healing magic is also useless on Lorn, as his body rejects any and all magic.
Magic that can detect someone else will also come up empty handed. Should someone be using magical means to see where Lorn is or what he is thinking or doing, the image/sound would be static or fog.
Lastly things like teleportation, dimensional door and so on, cannot be used. He'll simply pass through the portal as thought it were not there, or should he be teleported, the person teleporting him will reach their destination, while Lorn will be exactly where he stood.
MAGICAL ITEMS
Lorn cannot use magical items/enchanted items. He on the other hand will not permanently negate a magical items use after he's done holding it
IE: A magic ring, when put on Lorn, will have no affect, but that same ring, removed and placed on someone else, WILL have an affect on that user.
The item is only rendered normal when Lorn is holding it.
These, again, are only items that affect the user specifically.
A bag of Power, that grants physical strength, will simply be a normal bag for Lorn
On the other hand, a bag of holding, continues to be a bag of holding even when on Lorn's person.
Lastly potions are rendered useless when used on Lorn. He will NOT drink another one of your healing potions, even if it IS glowing because they all taste horrible! Thank you VERY much.
FAMILIAR
With Lorn he has a particular creature that follows him around. It has the body of a barn owl, wings and head, but on it's head are a pair of branching antlers.
It's legs are that of a cats, soft, padded and it has a tail of one as well. It is not normally ON Lorn, instead coming to visit him when it pleases.
Many people find it to be uncomfortable to be around, giving off an air of wrongness, the same way you feel when you can't remember if you've forgotten something very important. A looming sense of dread.
Lorn is, of course, unaware of it.
PROPHETIC DREAMS
Lorn is known to have dreams that can predict the future or tell of things that might come to pass. A way to see what might happen.
These dreams come randomly and are usually wrought with panic and frustration on Lorn's end. Normally when asked about these he'll try to wave them off as nightmares, but he he's also taken great heed of their warnings, should the dream be clear enough for him to understand.

Any dreams he does have I will attempt to make vague enough that they aren't considered over-stepping my bounds.
Lorn CANNOT have dreams about himself, thus he cannot know his own future. -
